My Gorgeous Kids

I'm pretty sure most every mother is biased towards how beautiful her own children are.... but I'm also pretty sure that my children are BEAUTIFUL and that's NOT just because I'm biased.

Snow to Go

We haven't had much snow on the valley floor this year so I took the kids up into the canyons to one of our sledding spots. We'll have to spend more Saturdays like this, it was so much fun!

Daddy Loves His Girls

Bless my husband's heart, school has taken quite a toll on him this semester. On Valentines Day we hardly got to see each other. But, I must give him credit because even though his schedule was jammed packed that day he still made sure he kept the tradition of giving a single rose to each of his girls (including me.) It made our day!

That evening, I made my traditional chocolate covered strawberries and heart shaped sugar cookies for him. I ran up to campus while he was taking a test, snuck the treats into his study room and heart attacked the door.

Goofy Girl

My 3yr old fell asleep with these safety goggles on. I don't know where she got them or why she was wearing them? I had to get a picture though.

I'm not sure if she put herself in the basket or if she was stuffed in there by her older siblings? Either way she looks happy enough.

Summer Fun

They say it's your birthday!

My youngest had a birthday. She had fun making cupcakes with me....

She had fun with grandma and grandpa visiting....

She had fun blowing out her candles....

and opening presents....

But the most fun of all was getting kisses from daddy over skype!

Daddy comes home from his internship in less than 3 weeks WOOO HOOO! He's been gone for 5 and a half weeks. We can't wait to see him again!!

Thank you Dave and Sariah for letting me borrow your Skype. I love you guys!

My youngest one is going through that stage where they like to undress themselves and run around stark naked! At least here she found the decency to cover herself up a little bit. :)

Kindred Spirits

My two youngest children are 3yrs apart but closer in spirit than mother and child.

They are the best of friends...

Dream Girl

My little 2yr. old loves to dress up so much that she didn't want to take her wings off when she went to bed. Why is it when I look at this picture, it seems to capture the very essence of her personality?

It's so hard to say goodbye...

My little 2 year old loves daddy so much. She hates to see him leave for school. She waves goodbye, blows kisses and signs I love you. How is that for a heart breaker?

Halloween

We had a trunk-or-treat at our church where the kids dressed up and got candy as they went door to door in a little cardboard village made by the Elder's Quorum.

Child #1 was dressed up as a newsboy.

Child #2 was dressed as a mummy.

#3 wanted to be a ghost.

...and #4 of course wanted to be a princess.
